Tim Linden runs a traffic exchange which is one of my favorites. I highly recommend this one. One this exchange at the bottom of the page is a running score of your rank. This kinda challenges you to improve you surfing rank and it’s fun (well you are surfing an exchange) to watch your rank improve. You also get a bonus surfing percentage from time to time that really increases your results.
