This site has so many options I would say it is worth paying the lifetime membership fee. You can join free, but the life time is the cheapest way to invest. When you look at the price of other levels you pay monthly fees. This site has a traffic rotator, a Search engine submitter, and three programs to help drive traffic. You have a place to add up to six of your own programs.
